I worked at Anonyome Labs as a Product Design Intern, collaborating on projects that focused on creating secure, user-centred digital experiences.

I led the design of the email attachments project, creating a seamless and intuitive experience that met both user needs and business goals.

I began by conducting a detailed analysis of existing attachment workflows. I then performed competitive research to understand how other platforms handle attachments and uncover best practices. Based on these insights, I sketched design concepts and created wireframes to explore different interaction patterns.

After several rounds of internal feedback, I developed high-fidelity prototypes that prioritized usability, accessibility, and visual clarity. I collaborated closely with the product manager and engineering team throughout, iterating on designs to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals. Testing with developers before launch helped refine interactions, simplify workflows, and confirm the solution was intuitive and efficient. The final implementation enhanced user control, reduced friction in sending and receiving attachments, and improved the overall email experience. The feature is now live within the MySudo mobile app.

I led the design of the invite a friend feature, crafting an engaging and user-friendly experience that encouraged sharing.

I began by analyzing feedback, and support tickets related to sharing and referral workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. I also researched how other platforms encouraged referrals to understand best practices and inspire design solutions.

Based on these insights, I developed concepts and created wireframes to explore different interaction patterns and incentives. After several rounds of internal reviews with the product manager, I developed high-fidelity prototypes focusing on clarity, engagement, and ease of use.

The final implementation simplified the referral process, addressed common user issues highlighted in support tickets, encouraged users to share the app with friends.

User Research

Figma

I participated in the development of user personas to align the team’s understanding of target users, guiding design decisions with research-driven insights.

I began by comparing Q1 and Q2 user data to identify key trends and shifts in behavior that could inform persona updates. Using analytics, I highlighted significant areas of change and refined user segments to ensure accuracy and relevance. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to validate findings and ensure the personas reflected real user needs and motivations. The final personas were designed in a clear, accessible format that could be easily understood and used by all departments across the business, supporting alignment and consistency in user-focused decision-making.

I led the website redesign focused on B2C pages, improving usability, visual consistency, and the overall customer experience across key touch points.

I began by analysing the existing B2C website pages to understand usability issues, visual inconsistencies, and areas that no longer aligned with the brand’s goals. Alongside this, I conducted a competitive analysis to compare visual language, content strategy, and user flow across similar industry sites. This helped highlight key opportunities for improvement and informed the direction of the redesign.

From these insights, I developed initial design concepts that aimed to build trust and create a more authentic connection with users. My research found that using lifestyle imagery supported by minimal UI elements felt more relatable and trustworthy compared to the outdated interface screens and AI-generated visuals on the current website. This approach helped reposition the brand as modern, human-centred, and credible.

Throughout the process, I collaborated closely with the marketing team and contracted copywriters, reviewing and refining page content directly within Figma to maintain design consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. Once the designs were finalised, I translated them into the WordPress environment using Elementor, ensuring responsiveness and visual accuracy. The redesign is currently still in progress and not yet live, with the next phase focusing on final adjustments before launch.

The website redesign pages are now live here.

I collaborated with the marketing team to design engaging Instagram posts that promoted company products and strengthened brand presence.

I worked closely with the marketing team to develop a series of visual posts aimed at increasing engagement and promoting the company’s key products. The process began with reviewing past social content performance and identifying what types of visuals and messaging resonated most with our audience. From there, I explored several design directions that aligned with the brand’s visual identity while introducing fresh, eye-catching layouts to improve reach and interaction.

I iterated on colour, typography, and imagery to create a consistent yet dynamic feed aesthetic. Collaboration with marketing ensured that each post communicated clear value and supported ongoing campaigns. The final designs helped enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and present the company’s products in a more visually appealing and relatable way.

I designed and supported multiple A/B tests for the Plans Page to improve user engagement and conversion through data-driven design decisions.

I worked closely with the Digital Engagement Analyst and was assigned tickets to conduct A/B testing on the Plans Page. I designed variations for Test 1 that highlighted the Compare Plans link to make the comparison feature more noticeable and encourage exploration. I created Test 2 designs that adjusted the monthly view of the yearly price to help users understand value comparisons more clearly. I developed Test 3 variations showing the yearly price before the monthly cost, improving clarity and user comprehension. I contributed to data-driven insights that informed future design decisions and helped improve the overall usability and performance of the Plans Page.

I contributed to the redesign and optimisation of Lifecycle Messaging, improving visual consistency, brand alignment, and conversion performance.

I participated in the LCM redesign to bring the messaging up to date with company and app branding. I analysed the existing LCM setup, which was outdated, and delved into Braze to pull statistics and identify which messages were driving conversions, upgrades, or engagement, and which were underperforming. I interpreted the data to highlight patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. I redesigned visual assets to ensure they aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and created a more cohesive experience for users. I collaborated with the marketing team to update and optimise copy, ensuring each message was clear, engaging, and persuasive. The combined visual and copy improvements helped enhance user experience, brand consistency, and the effectiveness of lifecycle campaigns.

I designed quick prototype screens for the company’s 2026 vision, exploring new interactive features like emoji reactions and audio messages.

I developed prototype feature screens to visualise aspects of the company’s 2026 vision, focusing on enhancing user engagement through innovative interactions. I explored concepts such as emoji reactions and audio messaging to test new ways users could interact with content. I iterated on designs quickly to experiment with layout, usability, and visual hierarchy, ensuring the features felt intuitive and aligned with the brand’s style.
